Just had security film put on a number of windows in our walk out basement. Dealt with Karl at Glass Canada , who was amazing to deal with. Very helpful, responsive and provided exceptional customer service. The installer was Andrew. Once again, a very professional attitude and did a first class job preparing the windows and then putting on the security film. Fast, friendly, and clearly a seasoned installer. Glass Canada did a number of windows in my home and they were courteous, came when they said they would and cleaned up after the job. I had a windows done by another company that is no longer around and the seal broke. When Glass Canada found out that the window was not theirs, they ordered the replacement window under warrantee and offered to fix it for the labour cost. Very appreciated!
I just had 2 amazing gentlemen service my wood front double door as the weather strip was worn out after many years of use and needed draft proofing big time.
