Very dissatisfied with this company. I ordered doors for new construction and a specialty window. When doors were delivered, window was not. Told it was at the warehouse. After I had to call several times checking on it, found out it was never made. Went to install doors and realized they had ordered all the swings I needed backwards and the split jams were the wrong size. Had to wait several weeks for replacements and I always had to call and check on progress. I placed my order in August and I didn't get my things completely fixed until Feb. The gentleman who placed my order apparently didn't know what he was doing and no one seemed to be any kind of hurry to make things right. I would not recommend this company!
My contractor used this company for our windows and they are horrible! Windows are poorly built, took months to get them. Several wouldn't close properly and there is black paint on the glass and on the inside frames which are white. They were scratched up when they were delivered. They never would come out to fix them so I had to do everything myself to get them halfway right. They still arent right.
Bought replacement windows from this Little Rock, Arkansas window manufacturing company through a local DFW window retailer and had them installed nine and a half months ago. When they arrived 16 of them had scratches. After many phone conversations with Gentry, regional rep Angie, plant manager, and waiting months to get new glass IG’s mfr’d and installed in the new frames, the new glass arrived. Pro Windows and Doors touted that they would contract with a family owed, quality reputation business to install these replacement windows panes (IG’s). That company in turn subbed the work out to Mister Glass. Mister Glass completed 14 of the 16 pane replacements satisfactorily. Unfortunately they cracked the the other two panes at installation. I have now been waiting another month + to have the final two panes manufactured and installed. I cannot count how many times I’ve been told the windows will be on the truck next week over the course of this job. To the companies credit they have never tried to get out of standing behind there product. Unfortunately the length of time to complete an acceptable home window replacement job and lack of accurate communications has turn this job into an unacceptable undertaking.
