Very good experience, beautiful windows, great price! The installers, Seth R, Anthony R, and Alexis were awesome, very professional. These guys were very knowledgeable, very professional, and did a wonderful job of installing the windows!! Making our house look brand new!! Michael H was our sales rep and he did a great job of explaining everything and helping us choose the right windows for our home. Pella a great window company!!
Nick was awesome to work with during our new construction project! He was very helpful and patient with my many requests to make changes and look at different options. He is super responsive, personable and professional. Our windows and doors are beautiful and one of my favorite things in my home. I will always recommend him to work with!Updated to add- I had to have some repair work to the front door due to wear and tear of a seal during construction. Garry and James were on time, friendly and professional! They also installed a large sliding door screen for me last minute. They were quick and I appreciated the warranty of the door purchased with Pella!
Garry and Darrell were so pleasant and helpful with our sliding door weather strip issue, and showed me how to take apart the windows to clean on the insides. They even tightened all the door handles around our house, which was so helpful. They left us a tool to use to open up our windows to clean the rest of them. They are going to get back to me on the weather stripping with an update either way, which I appreciate so much!

-Extremely happy with my purchase. From sales through installation, all my interactions met or exceeded my expectations. Salesman Michael Hutchins, who has 40+ years in the window & door business, explained the products & process & was spot on with the time estimate for both build & installation. Seth, Randall, Anthony, Alexis, & Justin G installed my windows in 1 day. Their knowledge, skills, thorough and careful work was very much appreciated. They removed window coverings and moved items that might be in the way to protect furnishings. Next they covered everything in plastic for added protection. They were also very nice to my dogs and made sure they didn’t get stepped on or escape the house. After installing the windows they cleaned up- swept , vacuumed, cleaned the windows & removed all the coverings & took away the trash. They even made sure the flower beds were cleaned & the mulch was in the bed.After they left, I noticed a dramatic difference in the feel & sounds of the house - it no longer sounds like my neighbors A/C unit is in my house! I can’t wait to feel & see (utility bills) the difference in the temperature inside my house. Windows are not cheap, but you get what you pay for. If you’re considering new windows - call Michael- I’m really glad I did!
