Very disappointed they did some work on the windows in the building and ever since they did the work the sound has been entering my window bedroom but not the other windows. They say its not their fault and I said I have the exact same windows upstairs and downstairs and the ones downstairs the noise is going thru. They refused to come for a 20 minutes visit to verify how bad their work was, they refused after service to me, they took off all blame from themselves.. Now I have to talk to every owner and the condo syndicate to take them to court..AVOID AT ALL COST.

We just had this company fix the leaks in our condo bedroom window on the second floor. We were very impressed with their thoroughness of workmanship. They were very professional. Now we just have to wait for more rain and wind to see if their work will truly stand the test of time! I would certainly use them again.

Just had about 20 thermos panes replaced by Basco. The service was very professional, rapid and punctual. Communication was excellent throughout. Installation only took 2 hours. Also good value and certainly much cheaper than replacing windows entirely. Time will tell how good the panes themselves are, but so far very satisfied with the service provided.
