I've had such an amazing experience with Auroral. They helped me renovate my first home when I had to change every window and every door, even the garage.I'm so happy with the way it turned out. My salesman Demir answered every question and all my calls. He was there even when there was a bit of a hiccup and fixed it right away.The owner is really nice as well. I recommend using Auroral for your next window replacement because of their competitive pricing, ease of at home visit, great customer service offered by Demir as well as efficient and quality window installation by Dennis and his team. Demir went above and beyond helping us prepare our city permit request and adjusting the custom windows to satisfy city requirements, even after contract was signed. Demir made himself available and was knowledgeable – this is especially helpful when selecting window options when you know little about how many panes to opt for, the impact of adding bars, the trade-off of energy efficiency and noise reduction, moulding options, etc. As you can imagine, many factors are considered and Demir helped us navigate these nicely. The installation was planned during rainy days, however Dennis and his team worked hard to get the windows installed quickly and with great attention to detail. They were patient, willing to adjust window finishings to our preference and cleaned up after the job. They took the time to provide professional recommendations and explain the rationale. Auroral was also quick to follow up when we noticed one window was improperly insulated – they came less than a week after installation and fixed the problem. A few minor elements for improvement include explaining all options at the onset regarding the windows and mouldings – we came in with an idea, not understanding how incredibly customizable the windows could be. Communication between the sales rep, installation team and client could be better to confirm if installation was happening, based on weather and the arrival time. In preparation for any window replacement, here are a few lessons learned: your blinds will most probably not fit the new windows and will have to be adjusted, make sure to confirm city permitting before finalizing window design and contract, cover all furniture and items near the windows, monitor the finishing of the first window to ensure it is as desired before the installation of all other windows, verify insulation of all windows after installation, prepare for some finishing work cleaning up and painting mouldings after installation and ask installer to show you how to best use window mechanism. Also, before choosing window design, it is worth doing a mockup of what they would look like on your building - this heavily influenced our design choice. Overall, after much research and lived experience, I highly recommend using Auroral for your next window installation job. Thank you!

In light of the pandemic and shortages of material and labor, I am pleased with the quality of the work and service I received from Auroral. This is the 2nd time I do business with them and they offer a great quality product at a reasonable price. There was a mishap on the job site but Arnaldo is making it right. Would also commend Guylaine, who is handling installation schedules - very professional and understanding. One technically challenging window (bay window) needed to be redone and the result is nothing short of spectacular (sorry for messy photo and temporary privacy film). All in all, very satisfied.
