Great job they did and I appreciate very much.My 16x10 sun room was installed at early of September. The job takes about 5 days. All service (from the desk to the site) are excellent, friendly, patience, reasonable, easy communicate, especially the site workers, a great team!Jay and Serge are super dedicated to the detail. As Jay said, "I always deal with the job like my house..." Yes, it's true ! He pay attention to every details. Even it was time to leave, he kept working for details until perfect. We had a really great experience with everyone at Portes et Fenetres 440. From working with Steve at the showroom to the measurements and installation with Benoit, Vincent and Paul. Everything was very well installed, professional, skilled and courteous workers. They have a great sense of humour too! We had a complicated window, but they took on the challenge and it came out beautifully. Would highly recommend !
Amazing service from the team at Portes et Fenêtres 440! Benoît and Paul replaced my 3 basement windows efficiently and without any issues. They even accommodated my need to reschedule due to a miscommunication on my end with other contractors doing work in my basement. Steve was very open with answering my questions and making sure everything was exactly how I wanted it (such as the brown colour of the framing on my street-facing window). I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the installation. I would highly recommend their services. Thanks guys!
We had our windows changed by Benoît, Paul and Vincent, and they did a wonderful job. Showed up on time, worked very well, and cleaned up after the job was done. Can't forget to mention Steve at the sale, who gave us good advice, no stress, no pressure to buy. Great experience overall. We had 1 window that was defective, and it was repaired quite quickly.
