We just had a wonderful experience with Window World. The crew of Scott, Armando, and Juan replaced all 30 of our windows and a sliding glass door and did a fantastic job. They completed this big job in just 3 days! Their work was meticulous and they were all very personable. After job completion, everything was cleaned up as though they were never there. We highly recommend Window World. They beat the price of 2 competitors (other than Anderson) and needless to say, the windows look great!
We were in search of new windows on a 30 year old home we purchased 2 years ago. We did research on Yelp and read reviews of several window replacement companies. We contacted Window World and received a call within an hour. A complimentary appointment was set up a few days later with Kevin from sales. He was on time and very knowledgeable. He took measurements of our windows and provided an estimate along with a few price point options to consider. After reviewing the other bids we received, we decided to go with the Milguard windows with black trim outside and white in the inside through Window World. We had a total of 14 windows changed out. They were a little more pricey, but the black contrast on the outside matched our homes exterior paint. Kevin gave us a 4 week timeframe that our windows would be ready. We received a call a week earlier than promised that our windows came in and installation was arranged 2 days later.The team of Abraham, Nalu & Hayze showed up on time as promised. They went straight to work. Each one of them knew their job and work cohesively together not wasting any time. We also had blinds that they removed for us and disposed of. They completed the installation in one- day. Upon completion they cleaned up and also cleaned the windows both inside and out.If you are looking to have new windows installed, do not hesitate to give Window World a call, you won’t be disappointed.
I bought 17 windows. The sales associate Jeff was awesome and so helpful. Always got back to me in a timely manner and helped me find exactly what I wanted. I ended up with Tuscany white interior and black exterior. They had to cut my frames to install new ones and the installers were super professional, respectful and cleaned up after themselves. 10/10!
My expectations were exceeded! Really positive experience with Jeff my Sales contact, and the Installation Crew Brandon, Will and Tom. I replaced 12 windows and the slider in my house. My new windows are amazing, the installation crew paid such an incredible amount of detail to the installation, clean up was thorough, I’m super super happy with the whole experience.
