Howald installed eleven windows into our century home during August 2024; they did a great job. Not only were the windows themselves of great quality, but so was the installation process. The windows now look great and my home is much less draughty than it was!
We are just in the first steps of the process for replacing our large livingroom window. Peter came to our home for measurements and to explain the process. It took about 15 minutes. He was very knowledgeable, did not try to sell us something we didn't want, was courteous and showed up on time. He got back to us with a reasonable quote and we are getting a new window! After putting it off for a few years we decided to finally indulge in a new front door. We met with 3 companies to get comparative advice and pricing. Of the 3 companies that we met with, Ben from Howald made the best impression on us. We continued to work with him and when we visited their showroom both Peter and Kevin were also very helpful in getting the door and accessories sorted out, answering all of our questions. We were moving from a smaller front door with 2 smaller sidelights and went with a wider, beautiful new front door with the artisan glass and a single wider sidelight with matching glass.Peter came to verify final measurements and provided the peace of mind that we needed to know that this was a great choice for us.Weeks before we expected them to have the door Ben called to see if we were ready for the install.Justin & Matt did a fabulous installation, removing the old doors and cleaned up perfectly.
