Amazing place. I had called a week prior to make an appointment and on the phone I was told it would be around a 3hr service depending on certain factors. I dropped my car off at 2pm and they gave me a call at 3:50 saying my vehicle was already ready for pick up!Not only was the staff at the front counter welcoming and friendly but also very informative with what I should be preparing for. This glass shop has by far the best service in town!
From the very first interaction with Athanasia to the very end with Blake and Dennis was fantastic. Anytime I called Athanasia with questions, she was always there answering the phone. She never made me feel like a bother and I’ve always felt appreciated as a customer with her. I had an issue where I wasn’t sure how to remove my professionally installed blinds before the technicians arrived to install new glass on my window. It was really stressful. Athanasia was able to tell by the tone of my voice. She quickly handled the situation and with her manager, they both figured out how the glass can be installed without having to remove my blinds. When Blake and Dennis arrived early for the appointment to do the caulking and new glass replacement, they called just to make sure I was okay with them starting on the job earlier than the appointment time. They were never late and always arrived early or on time from the estimate to the installation process. Blake and Dennis picked up any debris as they went, leaving my home clean when they were done. Athanasia even called to check in afterwards to make sure I was happy with everything. I really appreciate each and every interaction with Athanasia, Blake and Dennis as they did everything possible to make this entire process from start to finish a pleasant one. I would definitely use All-Brite Glass again for any glass replacement and installations.
