Tyler, thanks for coming by to make sure things were just right after having to install hardware at a later date from a separate non-Wolf order that was delayed. I worked long and hard to save up to do this and appreciate a job well done even though my job was so small (two doors and some trim). It's super tough to find a contractor to help the small guy. We will use Wolf when ready to do the remaining doors.

Our kitchen window suddenly misted up. Tyler was recommended by a friend. He returned my call same day and was very reassuring that he could just replace the glass. He kept us informed and updated us. He arrived 5 minutes EARLY removed the old panes replaced with new, he tidied up and not one trace left behind nor any flowers damaged below the window. We hired Wolf Creek Windows 2 years ago. After 2 winters and summers, I can give a proper review.
We have a unique 55 year old house. It was cool in winter and warm in summer AND noise from the outdoors was loud and clear inside!
We had the curved windows replaced 15 years ago (they were single pane!), but the glazier who custom cut them, were no longer available for small custom jobs.
We had searched for 2 years to find a window company that would replace the rest of the square and rectangle windows. Because they're in a wood frame, we didn't want to insert vinyl as this would take away from the cozy design of this house. Finally, we received a referral from one of the window companies. I wondered if they would show up, like the ghosting we received from a few other companies.
A few days later, Tyler and his associate, showed up at our house (WOW!)! They checked out all of the windows we wanted replacing, made measurements and presented us with our options. They could do all of the windows we wanted, including the awning ones that opened below the curved windows (these needed a custom wood frame).
The cutting of these double glazed windows didn't take long (we had 20+ windows). Over a few weeks in the frigid cold, the old one taken out, and the new ones installed. We had a miscommunication with 2 of the largest windows ( we wanted a different thickness). Tyler worked with us, without attitude, and the windows were done.
The difference in temperature and noise is REALLY noticeable! The heat does not cycle on and off as often, and the A/C unit doesn't have to work as hard.
Our bedroom is on the street side, and the noise of cars or pedestrians (and the barking dog 2 houses away) is barely noticeable now. It's amazing how much sound leaks through old windows like, weather, birds, cars, lawn mowers etc.
