This is the second installation of windows at our home and we continue to be very happy with the quality workmanship and excellent customer service from sales to installers. Five years later and the same knowledgeable staff remain with the company - that speaks volumes to me in this day and age! Love our 4 new non slider windows and the view they now offer. Special kudos to Jake for taking the initiative to find a company to deal with the removal and reinstallation of security shutters necessary for the install of the new windows.

We had David, Jared, and Dennis come and do our windows they are amazing. They were so professional, knowable, friendly, just overall excellent people who installed our windows. Just had all our windows replaced by the amazing Kelowna Centra Windows team. Centra was a great choice and we felt very confident with our salesman, Bryan, as well as Braden who came to measure.The installation team with Dave, Brian, Damon B , Damon K, and Darren showed up on time, went right to work, and demonstrated fantastic knowledge and efficiency. We are very pleased with our new windows and sliding doors.
