I chose American Window Products for my replacement windows after getting 3 quotes from different companies. They called me the same day I requested a quote. The other 2 companies I had contact a second time just to ask for a quote. American Window Products also set up the appointment quickly and were very competively priced. One of the other companies was closely priced and the third was much higher. So I then looked for reviews of the window brands quoted. Neither brand is well known but I found some reviews of each. I chose the Slocomb windows because they had the best reviews of the 2 although there were far fewer reviews than the other windows I was considering which did have some negative reviews. The salesman Grant was very responsive to calls and answering questions and also helpful with changes to my order. It did take a little over 3 months for the windows to come in they were just installed the last couple of days by Josh and Roberto who did a phenomenal job. Showed up on time and cleaned up after each window install. They look beautiful and I am very happy with the windows and so happy I chose American Window Products. Great job!Thank you so much!

Grant Barnhart (the sales guy) was a nice, knowledgeable and explained the process.The real highlight was the installer Rickie Mathis and AJ whom showed up and did an exceptional job. Rickie really took his time to explain the process, answer questions and most of all do a great job installing the windows. This family-owned company exceeded our expectations at every turn. Steve and Lisa were outstanding: they answered every question thoroughly, returned every call promptly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.The installation crew—Jeremiah, Bobby, and Jonas—was exceptional. These young men were professional, polite, respectful, and incredibly tidy. Over two days, they communicated proactively, checked in whenever there was a potential question, and even pointed out minor details we might have noticed before we had the chance to ask. We had prepped the space thoroughly (moving furniture, providing the requested 3-foot clearance around the new doors, and even tarping everything because I’m a bit of a clean freak and wasn’t sure about dust). In the end, the tarping proved completely unnecessary—the crew left the house spotless.We couldn’t have asked for an easier or more pleasant experience. We’d happily work with American Window Products again and recommend them to anyone without hesitation. We had windows replaced on the enclosed porch and we're thrilled with the results. The clarity is great and the low E glass helps tremendously. James did a good job explaining product options and recommending a solution to best address our needs. The installation went extremely well. Jeremiah and Robert did a fabulous job.
