Easily recommended. Great communication and excellent installation. They were in and out of the house within a few hours (5 windows replaced). They even made sure to seal the windows and they did it with expert precision. Highly recommend.
OMG what a HUGE difference in my home! I hesitated buying this house because most of the original windows had lost their seal and were foggy and full of moisture. I kept the blinds mostly closed because they were so ugly!!I finally couldn’t stand it anymore! From the time I first called and spoke with Jenny, to my visiting the showroom and talking to Jennifer, to Lindsey and Mike doing the installation yesterday…I have been blown away with the knowledge, professionalism , and friendliness of the entire company! Jennifer even contacted me during her vacation to schedule my installation! Customer service like that is almost unheard of!!Windows are a huge investment but let me tell you, mine are worth every dime! I can’t wait for the sun to come up this morning so I can look out! Top notch customer service you just don’t find many places anymore. Jennifer was awesome. She kept us informed regularly and made sure all went smoothly. Lindsay did a great job of installing our new windows and was reliable. Our new windows look awesome and we are very happy. I highly recommend Ultimate Windows to anyone and everyone.
10/10 would recommend ultimate doors and windows. My windows were beyond out dated. They came out measured the windows, ordered them, and installed them all in a timely manner. Their installation team was so great going above and beyond to make sure there was no mess left behind. I will definitely be using them again. Their communication through the whole process was amazing including receiving text on a holiday to communicate about my installation date. I love my new windows and I could not be more happy with this company.
