Updated review: It tool several months, during the coldest winter we have had, to get the door I bought and had installed fixed and the wrong color trim replaced. It was installed incorrectly. It had gaping holes in the corner of reveal. It felt like the door was standing open, with air blowing in. I called the office manager several times over those months, he lied and tried to gaslight me. He sent a package of 5 small pieces of weather seal we were instructed to install ourselves. Two different installers came out over those months with the wrong trim and no instructions to fix the door. The second installer came back, took the door out and made sure it was fixed correctly. Except for the second installer this was not the quality I expected from Window World. Purchased 9/12/25, installed 11/14/25, 1st installers with wrong trim 12/11/25, 2nd installer with wrong trim 2/3/26, 2nd installer came back with right trim and took door out and reinstalled 2/24/26.
Window World took great care of us many years ago, possibly 20+ years ago and then again later. Initially my husband replaced some windows, we had a contractor replace a few and then we had some very old windows. We had Window World replace half the windows first and later called them for the others when we were ready. Now 5-10 years later, we needed help with screen replacements and they were here again to help. I've worked with Indianapolis and Muncie locations; both are friendly helpful and will provide continuity of care for your windows. They also replace doors, garage doors and many other services I read on their website. Window World was a great experience for us and we would use them again!
Window World gave a wonderful experience from the very beginning. The associate who went over what to expect, cost, details of how windows work, energy efficiency, etc, was terrific.Install crew showed up on one of the coldest days in January (as scheduled), began removing and replacing the windows in a methodical fashion. The large picture window was a booger to remove, but before they proceeded with the only way left to remove it, the lead installer spoke with me. They needed to break it to remove. They did that efficiently and kept the mess controlled. I’ve not found any evidence of broken glass.That’s the other thing, they kept things really clean!Short story, did what they said, efficiently and cleanly.We can already feel a huge difference in temperature inside our home. I did not realize how much cold those old windows were allowing to seep in!Very happy and pleased with the professionals at Window World and our new windows look amazing!Thank you!!!??
I had new (much needed) windows installed on my sunporch. From meeting with the sales rep, Arthur, to the installation with Dave and Gage, the entire experience was a pleasant one.The installers, Dave and Gage, were friendly, efficient, and skilled. My windows look beautiful, both inside and out, and the front of my home looks so different! I would highly recommend Window World for your windows needs. And ask for Dave and Gage to install them!
