Window Nation installation crew did a great job putting in 11 windows and a sliding back door. They were very professional and friendly. They worked hard and did each window one at a time. They prepared the removal but took one out and put new one in so didn’t have the house all open to the elements. Luckily the rain held off. Jericho and his crew worked well together and very nice to chat with and make sure we know how to use our windows.
So far, my experience with Window Nation has been great! I had a patio door and window installed on my second floor. The installers arrived on time and were very courteous, proficient and worked in a timely manner. They were very careful in getting the door to the second floor. I was extremely impressed. I received a follow up text the next day to make sure everything went well.
The process was amazing from start to finish. From the first visit to my home, the measurements, to the install. Communication was minimal but adequate. The team arrived at 8:30am had all 21 windows installed (two of which were very large picture windows) and left at 2:00pm. They laid down protective floor coverings all throughout my home. The windows are beautiful and they all function as designed. The wrap around the exterior of the windows really makes them “pop”! I’m extremely satisfied with my overall experience and purchase from Windows Nation.
I was really impressed with the salesman, Josh. He came to our home did not pressure and we ended up purchasing six windows. They came out measured and when they came to install it was perfect! They took their time and you couldn't tell they'd been there other than the fact that we had perfectly fitting beautifully clear windows!
