My initial meeting was with Jon, and I was so impressed with the time he gave to truly understand my needs. He simply listened and created a plan to have two beautiful Andersen Bay Windows installed. I met Garrett next who performed the proper measurements and ordered the windows. Garrett communicated throughout the holiday period and scheduled the installation promptly after receiving the product. The installation crew were phenomenal. They worked for 10 hours with 6 guys so they were not messing around. They made sure that the windows were balanced and sealed properly and thank God since the winter has been awful.Jon , Garrett and the crew are the best I’ve ever worked with and I will only use them moving forward as will my whole family.
