Rafael and his team did a great job installing 5 large windows and our new front door system in one afternoon! The job was completed, cleaned, and inspected on time and on budget. Would highly recommend him and window world.
Great service! Kevin was very knowledgeable about all our options and needs and got us set up quickly! The work crew was very fast but careful and cleaned everything up great! And Kathy came after installation and explained the warranties thoroughly!
Well lots to say here. 4 1/2 star review. First of all I had original 1971 windows and front door in my home. Sales team 31/2 stars due to lack of attention and as usual sell and forget tactics. No follow up until day of delivery. The boss man, well he did work with me but again silence unless I called in to ask what was going on with my front door. See I had to do the calling to make sure we were accomplishing an install in a timely manner.The windows, comparable to champions ( just cheaper price). I have champion windows In the downstairs of my home.The door was a problem. The windows were installed in about 7 weeks the door 4 months! Ordered within a week of each other. The door? Great quality looks great pics below. I am happy with it. It opens and closes.The shining star here is the install man Rafael!! He installed my upstairs windows. 2 1/2 months ago and my front door today. Rafael I feel went above and beyond the minimum required. He was friendly, time oriented, extremely through. And his explaining things to me was a huge relief and help, and did very clean and quick work. He truly is a treasure for this company to have. If it wasn’t for him the review would be a 3 star not a 4 1/2 star review. Below are pictures of the old and new door, old and new windows. Overall a huge and great upgrade change. We are definitely warmer this year over last year, I can’t wait to see the lower gas bill.
We had our windows done with Window World. Everything was excellent. Drew, our sales rep was informative and walked through the entire process before hand. Follow-up calls frequently to keep us informed of the process was very much appreciated. The crew came in and was quick and professional. The windows look great and they did a good job cleaning up. Kathy followed up with us a few days later to make sure everything went well. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for new windows
The entire Window World Team is amazing. Russ our salesman was very knowledgeable and told us all the information we needed. Our installers, Kevin and Jim showed up early, which was good for me. They were quick but professional with our door install. The install took around 2 hours. Our new back door looks amazing. I love how someone from Window World contacted us through the whole process. Window World even has Kathy come out to our home and check on how everything went. I highly recommend Window World.
