Kevin Hyde was the Renewal by Andersen Design Consultant who came out to my home and did a great job explaining the types of windows, their functionality, material and energy efficiency. The product knowledge he shared was extensive including the warranty information, and it allowed me to make an informed decision on style, color and material. He provided what I call a creative solution that enabled me to replace multiple side-by-side windows with a larger window. I think this change improves our home’s curb appeal. He showed me a sample of the type windows I chose so I could see firsthand its functionality and clearly what I would be getting. He was very friendly and personable. If you have plans to purchase windows, I highly recommend working with Kevin for an enjoyable and stress process.
