Our experience with Window world was a great one! Dan is an awesome personable salesman. He came in and explained everything to me and even gave my maltipoo Dogs some treats. ?? He is a wonderful friendly salesman and not pushy at all. Our windows look beautiful on our old home. It really updates the home! Even the contractor guy was super nice and explained step by step what they did. I know that is protocol for them but it helped tremendously. Everyone was very professional and pleasant to deal with. I am EXTREMELY PLEASED with my windows and doors installed by Window World! The installers were on time and did a great job from start to finish! We had an issue of a power wire ran under the threshold of an exterior door which is against code. They helped me extend the wire and run it around the frame!I wish I would have found Window World sooner because I paid Power Home a remodeling DOUBLE the price for windows that I really do not like because they put a smaller window and just decked it in. From the wall to the glass has a bezel that's almost 4 inches!!! And this is on my living room 3 bottom and and 3 on top window stack! Window world put the right size window with barely a 2 inch bezel in my bedroom windows! Plus these windows and doors come with a LIFETIME warranty! Cannot beat this deal!!!
Very upset to write this review, because Window World had done great work for our family friends, however that was not the case for my mother, who I’m writing this review for. They “installed” three large windows, and now we are facing thousands of dollars in water damage as they were not finished. She requested them to come complete the work she paid for, which they responded they’ll be charging more to finish their work. Seems the installer became ill mid-project (which is unfortunate of course) however I’m just surprised they didn’t care enough to make sure the work was completed in that scenario. We’re not made of money, so this isn’t something we were able to pay more to complete when we already paid for it to be completed? Just beware, and maybe spend a little extra with another installer, because they don’t seem to be interested in making sure their work is done right the first time.

He made sure that everything went smooth during to whole process and we left happy satisfied customers. The home looks like a completely different home now that we have our new windows.
