I did extensive research before our windows replacement project. I got 4 quotes and Ultra Windows was able to provide quality aluminum windows for the price of other companies' vinyl products ... and almost half of one bid!The warranty was not as robust as others (i.e., lifetime, breakage, etc.), but it was a good warranty. We have some windows that are the largest you can get and I was only comfortable going with aluminum. The lead time was about a month longer than others, but we were happy to wait to ensure we got what we wanted (and the weather cooled off). I did a lot of research on the manufacturer (local in south Texas) and their products and manufacturing processes reviews showed some of the highest rankings in quality, durability, and customer satisfaction.Aaron was extremely knowledgeable, took time to educate and answer all of my questions, and was always available to provide a status and ensure satisfaction. He provided numerous references in our neighborhood we could go see and talk to the homeowners.The crew, and crew (led by George) was exceptional - beyond expectations. They covered everything with plastic and were careful ... even meticulous with the installation. They know their stuff and their installation process was impressive. It was a highly coordinated activity. We were dreading this project and they made it as stress free as you could imagine.Highly recommend. 5-stars. Great job Ultra-Windows Team.
Ultra Windows supplied and installed my replacement Don Young windows. Aaron Ross was our Ultra Windows contact and he did an excellent job of keeping us updated and explained the differences in the various window types available. George and team installed the 19 replacement windows to perfection. Over the two days of installation George and crew was very respectful, kept our furniture covered and left nothing inside or outside of our home when the job was completed. They moved furniture and removed and re-installed all blinds and curtains. Pricing was very reasonable and compared favorably to the competitors. The best part was the installation crew and the work they did.
