I really appreciate all the great work done by the team at The Window Experts. I had 3 windows that have leaked for several years and wanted to replace them but wanted to make sure I would have no leaks afterwards. I watched Jeff Ludy’s U-tube videos to learn about different window types and causes of leakage. I also watched and learned about Jeff’s method of install to prevent leakage on one of his videos which I found helpful. I had a challenging replacement since I have stone exterior and I was concerned since I did not know where the leaks were originating from exactly. Several companies provided their thoughts and suspected leak paths, but I found Jeff’s explanations the most convincing and since he guarantees no leaks, I was convinced. Additionally, Jeff was cheaper overall for my project and the crews were Jeff’s employees and not contracted. The replacement was done as promised in less than one day and a mason came out the following day to replace the stones that fell during the replacement of the windows. Excellent job by the crews. Lastly, I appreciate that the crew managed to keep their working area small and cleaned up all of the mess they created. Overall, all promises made during the sales process were delivered and I appreciate their straightforward approach and honesty. Thanks for a job well done!
We built a new house and wanted to look at a wide range of window manufacturers and through a recommendation of our building advisor, came to Houston Window Experts. The experience was great, and were shown several manufacturer's windows, detailing the pros and cons of each. We decided to go with Anlin. We ordered around 90 windows, and it saved us a pile of money versus the Andersen windows we had previously selected at another vendor.When the windows arrived, our framer installed most, but he was not comfortable with the installation requirements on a few, so we had Houston Window Experts come and install the remaining ones. We did have a couple which did not get installed properly the first time and had to have HWE come back and correct the installation, which was done pretty quickly. It was also noted that a couple of our arch windows were not the correct windows to go over the casements below. Again, HWE reordered the windows and installed once they arrived. Their customer service made sure we were happy. I will recommend having HWE do the installation on a new home, even if your framer can do the job, because they know all aspects about installation of your windows.After the windows were installed and had been in place a few months, we experienced a break in one of the windows and one of the casement windows needed adjustment. I reached out to our HWE representative and that evening he had let me know they would get someone out to do the adjustment, but had to refer me to customer service for the breakage as it was covered by the manufacturer. After providing pictures of the damaged window to HWE customer service, they told me the replacement window glass was ordered and expected in about 3 weeks and would reach out to schedule the install and casement adjustment.This is great customer service! They not only talk the talk, they walk the walk. I would use Houston Window Experts again in a heartbeat!

They were great to work with, very responsive, very quality-focused with installation and did a thorough job with clean-up. I'd highly recommend them and would certainly use them again in the future.
We recently installed a new patio sliding door, and it’s made a noticeable difference in both the look and functionality of our home, The sliding mechanism is incredibly smooth and easy to use. It slides open and closed with minimal effort, which is a huge upgrade from our old, worn-out door. The door has a sleek, modern design that really opens up our living space. The large glass panels allow for an abundance of natural light. The wait was little long, but the installation team did a great job.
