We had 7 doors replaced with amazing service from initial salesman to the installers. We were kept up to date throughout the process and during the installation. The installers were non-intrusive, kept the work areas clean and tidy while ensuring we knew what the plan was for the 3 days they were onsite. Boy, am I happy I found Window World! We used them to replace three windows on our Ohana unit, and couldn’t have been happier with the experience.Some of the companies we contacted had window minimums, and wouldn’t even talk to us about our project. As soon as I contacted Window World they had a representative come over the next day who was respectful, informative, and knowledgeable. Our install date was booked for about 2 to 3 months out which was today.Ezra and Tobin showed up on time, were very friendly, neat, respectful, and most importantly did a fantastic job. Our windows went in perfectly, and really upped the look of the house.I highly recommend window world, and will be using them for our next projects!
Great business to deal with from start to finish. Begining with assistance on selection and quote from Brent through install we were kept informed. Job done professionally and on time with Pono and Andy. Installation included floor coverings, our home was cleaned at area of windows and trash was removed. Will use them again.
