Screens & Things did a great job with a couple projects at my condo. I’m only in town part of the year but they were great at keeping in touch over a period of several months and scheduling work when I was available. Also the workers were always kind and considerate. One day they were running only a little late but they still called to let me know. And they always put down drop cloths and were very conscientious about keeping things clean. I will definitely use them again for future projects.
So grateful for Uncle Benny from Screens & Things for today's consultation and measuring!! We initially requested just an estimate on enclosing one shower, but Benny was so courteous, receptive, and informative, that we decided to ask him to take measurements for our second shower and sliding screen door as well! We discussed glass options, framing choices, and material durability. I especially appreciate how I was NOT given the "hard sales pitch" and, honestly, that made me want to do even more business with them because he helped us figure out what safety features needed, what aesthetic considerations we wanted, and not just what a pushy corporation was trying to sell.It was a pleasure booking the appointment, and I liked how they gave a courtesy call the day before *and* an hour before. Overall, a great experience. I will keep you all posted on how the installs go!
Screens & Things did a great job rescreening my mother’s screens in her condo. They originally made the screens for her almost 25 years ago and they still had the records with the dimensions on file! They are completely refreshed now and look fantastic. Gabriel was very kind both on the phone and in person and was super patient with my questions. It was great to meet Frank also. Screens & Things came highly recommended and I can echo that recommendation.
These guys are great. I have worked them on a new, custom, screen door installation, and also on a simple screen repair. Both times they are quick and doo a great job. They are kind of expensive, which is why I didn't give 5 stars. But once you get over that, you will get great service and a quality job well done. I recommend them for sure.
Customer service was friendly and accommodating. Expect to wait at least 8 weeks for install. My Ikaika door lets the breezes in, but keeps the bugs out. Didn’t have to open the door to shoo away solicitors, too.
