Brookstone Windows came to my mothers house to install a patio door and a bedroom window.The bedroom window was installed fine, however, the patio door was not. The functionality of the patio door is fine but the trim work and attention to detail is atrocious. As someone who does renovations for a living, if I was with my mom at the time of installation I would not have accepted that work.- Blobs of wood dough not smoothed out- Mitres for the trim weren’t even and left open- Blobs of latex everywhere- Too lazy to latex the sides of the trimOverall just very sloppy work and no pride in their work.
We had 10 windows installed. We were satisfied with every step. Erika helped us pick the right window, with the opening and view we wanted. The measurements were done well, so I could keep my original California shutters. Lastly, George and Serhii installed all the windows and trim/aluminum in 2 days.
