Highly recommend their technician Harry! Needed my Marvin patio screen door and lock fixed and called for a service call. Harry arrived on time and set to work. Very pleasant and efficient and got it working in no time. While he was there I ambushed him with several other door issues I was having with and he agreed to take a look. He was able to get a door lock fixed that I was unable to get anyone to be able to figure out in the past 12 years?! He modified a door lock I had and voila it worked!! Sooo grateful for him taking the time to help me with something not on original work order and that was driving me mad. I teared up I was so happy! He will be my go to window/ door tech forever. I had a sudden fail on my Marvin door handle today after 13 good years --- I couldnt believe the service I got . Phoned up at 1130am and spoke to Liza who contacted Harry who came very promptly to my house with the exact same beautiful handle and fixed it within a matter of minutes . Harry and Kyle came and did the work. They were respectful and courteous.They exceeded my expectations and thank you very much . Really felt good . It seems stuff like that never happens these days but it happened at Marvin for me today .

We had a lock fail on one of our older Marvin doors and lost the ability to close and lock which was a concern. We called Ultimate first thing in morning. They said they would look around to see if they could find a replacement part. Not only did they find it but they had their installer Harry here in the early afternoon. He removed the entire door and fixed the locking mechanism in no time and was so friendly and courteous. We could not believe our good fortune to get same day service. I would definitely recommend these guys… great experience from start to finish!
