We recently replaced 10 windows with Kinstone Glass. This company is intent on building and maintaining a lasting entity in the glass business! After receiving a couple of quotes we decided on Kinstone, they did not exaggerate the difficulty of the job, the quote was a thousand dollars under the competition and the job was completed neatly and on time. I am an extremely particular individual and trust me, my high standards were met! I would not hesitate to use Kinstone again or recommend them to friends or relatives!
Kinstone recently completed a very intricate window replacement in my daughter's sunroom. I primarily dealt with Josh who was very approachable and professional and very straightforward relative to possible problems which might be encountered. In any event, Josh, Matt and Bryson arrived on the day of removal and installation and completed the job without any problem. These gentlemen were extremely competent, professional and cordial. Great experience with Kinstone Glass. We needed the gaskets on glass shower door hinges replaced. We sent a picture of the hinges to them and the guys came prepared with several sizes. They were pleasant, professional, showed up on time and did a great job. The bill was exactly as quoted and less than we anticipated paying for two guys to spend the time doing this job. Very impressed and we will use them again!
I have nothing but good things to say about Kinstone Glass.I asked for an estimate and it was done, the fellow who came was able to answer all my questions.I took a while for me to get the work done, as I had to budget for the job, but the company was extremely patient with me.The job itself: two workers arrived, on time.And expertly handled the installation.I cannot tell you how much better I can see the ocean now.Crystal clear. Like there is no glass there, at all!The sliding glass door operates so much smoothly, it's tempered glass and high quality, infinitely better than what I had before. Before I had the patio door glass replaced by Kinstone, the sliding glass door to the deck was comprised of fairly lightweight glass, which is not at all appropriate, or safe - for hurricane force winds off the Atlantic. Which is my situation.Kinstone does truly professional work, and it is clearly the standard of this company.If you are contemplating getting glass or window work done, don't wait as long as I did to get it done.
