We highly recommend HTR. Our first contact with them was Michael who discussed and processed our order perfectly and has answered questions for us throughout the process. Zak and his help quickly & professionally installed our 12 triple pane windows and we are pleased that they are holding the heat in so much better then the old windows. We are using less fuel to heat and expect our NSP bills to reflect that. Thanks for an excellent process all the way through .

The day of the project, they arrived early in the morning, they introduced themselves and walked us through the process. They were clean, autonomous with clear communication on the progress of the project. They were quick and efficient, and the windows are clear, clean, and seamless looking (a retrofitting project to an older home). Would strongly recommend for your door and window replacements.
