I am just so happy with my whole experience with Ecoline. Big thanks to my project manager Kaitlyn. She provided so much great insight to help us plan each and every opening item. She made the whole process very easy. On install day, the crew was very tidy and worked very efficiently. I was impressed with how easy they made it look. They replaced the significant rot in my big front window, and spray foamed around everything to ensure everything is sealed now. I can tell a difference right away. My house is quieter, and just standing near the windows now feels so much warmer. And they look amazing too! Thanks to everyone at this awesome company ??

Our contact was informative and helpful as he obtained the Windows and door information he required, and provided information to me about options and products. He was respectful of my home, and businesslike in conversation. Assessment was instructive, and prices were calculated with images on laptop and forwarded to me and printed on my printer. Just had a two day installation at our home of 9 windows and 1 door. The 3 installers were great especially given how cold it was. The bright white product looks great, crisp and clean. Can't wait to save $$ on heating this winter. Our project manager was Kaitlyn, she was super personable and answered all questions we had. She came out to our install to inspect and ensure everything was as expected. She even brought my daughter an early christmas gift, above and beyond customer service. Highly recommend everyone involved.
I wanted to add that my old windows were so cold and drafty. That was the main reason I wanted my windows replaced. They would get condensation on the inside, and it was cold to sit on the couch near them. Now that it’s winter, I can’t believe how warm it is next to my windows and I can tell by my smart thermostat that my furnace doesn’t have to work as hard as last year! I am so happyI decided to get three quotes before moving forward with replacing our windows. Kaitlyn was our last appointment, but she stood out right away. She took the time to explain everything clearly… far more than the other two companies! She even introduced us to the Government’s 0% interest loan program, which no one else even mentioned. She guided us through every step and was always quick to answer our questions or accommodate any changes. When installation day arrived, the crew was incredibly hardworking and detail-oriented. Ecoline Windows project manager and installers were great. Wonderfull experience from Day 1. Project Manager was very helpful for the types of windows available for replacement and we even got a door replaced. Installers were polite, cleaned up as they worked, never left a mess, awesome group of guys. I would definitely recommend their services. Thank you gang for an amazing experience.
