Walid provided excellent service from start to finish. The door installation was done with real attention to detail, and the quality of the workmanship was obvious throughout the entire process. Everything was completed carefully and professionally, and the final result looks great.I was also very impressed with how clean everything was kept during and after the job. The work area was left neat and tidy, which was very much appreciated.On top of that, the Walid was friendly, polite, and easy to deal with. It made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a professional door installation.
We just had another window installed by Verdun ... this makes it 6 windows over the last 5 years I think ... they are always quick to come out and quick to delivery the custom built product. The installation this time was done in a few hours for our garage. It is an upgraded frosted window and looks terrific. Beautifully trimmed and insulated with foam. Can't say enough about the company. They are who we trust.
We had our lovely new patio door and window installed yesterday by Ryan and his crew. The crew arrived in a timely manner, were clean and polite and made sure that they were out of the house when we had an appointment to go to - which was much appreciated.I don't know how they did it but the finished product has managed to clean up the messes left by the previous DIY owner making both the outside and inside look more finished than I could have hoped for - and this is down to the skill of the installers.The windows themselves have already made a difference to our comfort both in increased light and decreased draft. They are lovely windows. UPDATE: Our windows order had a couple late to arrive windows and were installed today. I am not sure how Verdun does it but all the services crews are amazing! I have recommended them so many times from past jobs and now I really remember why I do it. Today I had a different crew. Igor and Dennis were great! They understood what needed to be done and did it quickly. I will always return to Verdun for the Service. You know you are in good hands when the crews even say how great a company they work for!We have always had an amazing experience with Verdun and their teams.Erin is our go to sales girl and I recommend her to everyone! She is amazing. Not pushy but consistent. She is helpful and honest. I feel like I can trust her to be real with me.Our instal team this time was Alex, JR and friend( didn’t get his name). They were so nice and friendly. I felt like they kept me informed and didn’t seem irritated by all my questions. They kept my house clean and respected it. I will be asking for them every time from now on.
Just had a patio door installed by Verdun and what can I say. The crew were very professional and found that our existing doors had a rotted footing. Not to worry since they took care to repair and make everything right. With framing ready, they made sure to level everything three and four times making the final product look amazing. Once completed the new patio doors looked like it came with the original build. I could not believe my eyes on the quality of workmanship. From ordering the door to coming in person to confirm measurement to finally delivering with three weeks ahead of what was expected, all I could say is thank you Verdun. If I had to recommend, Verdun is above the rest. Once all was completed, we had a look together and even provided advice on how to complete the insulation from the basement below the patio door to make sure the previous install does not interfere with the new. Just amazing. Not negative to say and very positive experience. Will certainly return for my future purchases
