I am very impressed with Fenomax's service! We had a front door replaced and love the finished product and the price tag. Mario who came for the initial measurements and estimate was very spirited and professional. He sent me an estimate very quickly compared to other companies we had contacted. The tradesmen Guetan and partner were extremely efficient as well upon installation. Guetan answered all of my questions and worked very hard to ensure our door was properly installed despite a challenging fit. The finished product is clean, beautiful and has an excellent seal. We would definitely call them again. Thank guys!
I had all of my windows and doors replaced by Fenomax. The original installation went well, but there was a manufacturing error with my front door. It took 2 months for a new door to be made. I took a day off from work for the installation of the new door only to have the installer tell me that the original crew had not installed the door frame correctly during the original install. They had to book a third visit (and another day off from work) to fix that. The final part was frustrating but I was able to speak to the director. He was extremely understanding and respectful and was able to resolve my concerns in a fair manner.
We had 7 windows replaced, Sebastien sales representatives was very professional and easy to reach. He also came to see the installation the day the work was completed. Max and Alex did a great job installing all our windows. Very satisfied with their service. We will have more windows done next year in Spring great service and team. Thank you Gisele and Dan
Nice windows, but TERRIBLE follow-up customer service if you need a repair on a defect product!I have been wanting a resolution to an issue with one of our windows that has developed a stress fracture in the frame. I contacted them on June 9/2023, and still no decision or resolution to my issue.They are quick to sell you a product, but not eager to help after the sale.I am not impressed.
They have installed new windows on our entire house on April 26th, 2023 and they did a very good job. It took them only 1 day to changed all the windows on the 1st and in the seller. They cleaned up everything and they have well isolated around the windows. They also have changed all the trimming for wider trimming around the window. I highly recommend Fenomax if you want to change your windows (Guy Belanger - Gatineau).
