They arrived on time as scheduled and went straight to work. Every task was completed thoroughly and we could see how deeply invested each of them were in providing us great value for our investment. My experience with Jean-Francois and his team was excellent when I needed a kitchen window replaced. They were quick to set up a visit for the free quote, and Jean-Francois patiently took the time to explain the whole process to us, answered my many questions, and even helped us order some window hardware for a separate DIY repair. Within a few days of his initial visit, the installation date was confirmed. Jean-Francois and another technician showed up to do the installation, and everything went smoothly. I will definitely contact Basco for any future window repairs, as they were so easy to deal with, super responsive, and I am very happy with their work.

I recently tried to get a quote and thought and put a deposit on some services, then I found out I wasn't permitted to have those done because of my condo board. They were very understanding and refunded me in full! The person who came by to give me a quote was professional and knowledgeable! If I could use their services I would not hesitate to do so!
