In August 2025 I had 15 windows and 2 sliding glass doors replaced. Select Home Improvement took down all my inside window blinds, pulled out my old windows, installed the new windows, and afterwords put back all the blinds. I did not notice until a couple weeks later that some of the window blind mounting hardware was sticking out too far on some of the windows. I call Select Home Improvement back up and a couple days later they came back out and fixed everything to my satisfaction. It was an easy mistake but was fixed correctly and I am super happy. They do stand behind their work. And the windows I ordered reduced the UV by 95% and I went with the sound damping window feature as well (outer glass is thicker than the inner glass and there is an argon gas in between the two pieces of glass). Each piece lowers the sound frequency a little.
Final word;
1) instillation was smooth
2) they removed and discarded all my old windows
3) they stand behind their work

On a foot note:
My windows are guaranteed for life...paid more put well worth it.

He explained it well and they addressed our concerns about our solar panels being removed and reinstalled. Bill was our main contact as the project manager and he was prompt and very professional. The crew and sales representative were very personable. The sales rep. Dean Felix was very professional in that he took the time to sit and explain all the features and value of the windows that we chose to have installed into our home paying particular attention to the fact that we wanted the same style of bay windows. Secondly he also took the time to return to help us complete the window upgrades on our home ensuring that we received every discount available to us. The installation crew ran by Sean again were very professional and personable. They installed 5 windows completely and weather sealed and hung one bay window. They came back the following day to complete the first bay window and completed installation of the second bay window, we are very pleased with the product and the entire crew from sales rep Dean Felix and install crew ran by sean.
