Ricky V, is very professional, but also very personable. He is very knowledgeable about the windows he installs. I did look around and he had the best prices and the knowledge. His team of installers know what they are doing and they made sure the sliding door and French doors were perfect and to my satisfaction. We also had a front door they installed and again it was done to our satisfaction. They are also very clean. Very happy with Ricky V and their product. We plan to use them again for other windows in our house.
