Did my due diligence in comparing various window manufacturers before deciding on Pella's for price, quality and warranty. Ivan @ Fresno delivered on all of the above. Sound, home insulation and visual improvements all greatly increased. I had 1 window screen out of 9 replacements and 1 patio slider have a slight defect after delivery to my home and installed. I just completed the final installation of the Pella Windows in my home and LOVE MY WINDOWS & DOORS! The first time I purchased my Pella windows and doors from Lowe's because I thought they would be cheaper. WHAT A MISTAKE. So many mistakes were made with my order that it took nearly a year to resolve. This second time, I decided to give Pella of Northern California a chance to bid the job for my upstairs rooms. Ken Smith was the representative who came out. WOW! That's all I can say--Price and efficiency at its finest. This was the easiest transaction I have ever had. Everything was delivered and installed when promised without a hitch. Ken's price beat the bid I had gotten from Lowe's, too. Oh, and did I mention that as a kind gesture, Ken keyed the locks on my existing sliding glass doors to match the new ones, and installed them himself without additional cost to me?
