We recently replaced all of the windows in our 1950s mid-century modern home, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. When Tony walked in, he immediately recognized the architect of our home—his knowledge and experience were clear from the beginning. He worked closely with us to update the windows while still respecting the historical integrity of the design.The windows took about a month to arrive, and installation was completed in about three days. Given the age of the home, the work was technically challenging, but Tony’s team handled it with professionalism and skill. The finished product looks fantastic and feels true to the home’s character.I’m honestly perplexed by the one-star reviews, because my experience was the complete opposite. For us, this was a smooth, respectful, and high-quality process, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tony and his team.
I was recommend to this company by our contractor. Tony came out to measure one window. We were not picky on timing of the install so time had passed without a call. We followed up and Tony had arranged it for the next morning right away. I was in no rush but the window was done really quickly and put the finishing touch on our kitchen model. I had gone with another company for other windows but facts are Tony got our window done in a timely manner, half the price and even a better asthetic.
We had my Son's Birthday Party here. We made a reservation for that day. They had our spot ready for us and ordered our pizza's and drinks before the guest started coming. Everyone had a Wonderful time. Thank You for your Great food & hospitality you gave us!!! We will be back, the Pizza was Delicious!!! ????????
Tony came out, gave me an estimate for new windows around the house. He told me it will take 4 weeks weeks to get all windows. I than payed him full price. Weeks went by and not respond, when I called for the second time Tony was rude an an professional. I just wanted my windows to finished the project. And he was very late, finally windows arrived.The whole experience was stressful specially after paying in advance.He treats customers like we work for him, I wouldn’t go back.Google
I wouldn’t recommend doing business with Fresno Window Company. they gave me an amazing estimate for windows. Made 2 appointments to install the windows and didn’t show up or call us. On the 3rd appointment an hour after no one showed up the owner called and said they didn’t have my windows after confirming a month ago they were in his warehouse. Tony said they would be in tonight and they would install in the morning. Nevertheless to find out again no windows were going to be delivered. He did insure that this has never happened before. Once the window did come in we scheduled the windows to be installed they showed up an hour late and to find out that not all the windows would fit. I have been going back in forth with this company try to get new windows installed for over a month. I would have loved to have the windows put in by Tony and very excited to have windows installed. I hope if you choose to do business with this company you have a better experience. I decided not to continue my business with them. This company is very unorganized, always
