I recently worked with Window World for a project involving a large picture window, a new front door, and a garage door. While the picture window was installed perfectly and on time, we ran into a bit of a delay with the garage door. I actually appreciated their quality control process; they caught a manufacturing defect before it was ever delivered to my house and let me know they needed more time to get it right rather than installing a sub-par product.My sales rep, Roger Berche, was the standout throughout this entire process. He was extremely helpful, transparent, and always reachable for updates. When I raised concerns about the front door installation being held up by the garage door delays, Roger didn't hesitate to follow up with his leadership team to ensure my concerns were being addressed. After about a week of back-and-forth, their leadership took full ownership of the situation, knocked a portion off the contract, and expedited the installation of my front door.I’m very happy with the final look of the window and the front door. There was a minor misunderstanding regarding my trims coming unpainted—it wasn't captured in the contract as a painted item—but they were gracious enough to knock off a couple hundred bucks so I could take care of it myself. It’s rare to find a company that prioritizes customer satisfaction like this when things don't go perfectly according to plan.Overall, I’m very satisfied and highly recommend Window World for their quality and price compared to others.
Great window and door products for a reasonable price! Our home is located behind a busy street and the road noise has dropped substantially since the installation. Installers were careful and did a good job of installing, even covered up more our furniture and floors than I did, minimizing dust and debris while having the house opened to the elements. Window World installers were very courteous and professional as they systematically worked as a team, finishing the whole house in one day. Would highly recommend them!
