We absolutely love our new doors and our custom windows. They were great to work with and Michael was great to work with, very knowledgeable and professional. The communication for when our doors would arrive was great! I have already recommended friends and family to use Window and Door Store.
Simply put, they nailed it. We got multiple quotes for the window, & it was no contest to pick The Window & Door Store (WDS). Michael (sales) showed up on time for each appointment. (Others did not) Went thru multiple options, financing, and very upfront that scheduling/install was about 3-4 months out. Micheal answered queations i didn't know i had. WDS called to check in twice that we were still on schedule as planned during that 4 months and they hadn't forgot about us.Install day: Brogan & Cole showed up on time quickly followed by Michael to go thru everything and see if I had any questions. It took 9 hours, Brogan & Cole never stopped moving. There was a slight glitch (there always is on projects) but they approached me with "This is the issue, this is why, and this is how we're going to fix it." Brogan & Cole were polite, excellant at their jobs, and afterwards my living room might have been cleaner than before.10/10 will use again.
