Al & Aaron called ahead and arrived on time. They did an excellent job of unloading and placing the windows safely and securely.
Al and his assistant notified us of their impending arrival, and were on time. They exercised caution while unloading the windows/doors, and arranged all products neatly in the garage. They were cordial, friendly and conversant with us as the delivery was efficiently unloaded and stored. The Pella Company is fortunate to have such outstanding “front people” working for them. They willingly worked very long hours, they always knew exactly where the day’s work should begin and where to move next, they always kept us informed of their plans and approaches and carefully cleaned all work areas daily - including inside our house, the garage storage area as well as the driveway (sawdust, etc.). We hold Austin and Hunter in the highest regard. I have recommended Paul (sales) to my neighbor, who is also planning to replace his windows. When he plans to proceed as we did, I would specifically request that Austin and Hunter do the installation for him, too.
