Excellent quality doors. Installation was near flawless. Forgot the peephole but quickly fixed the problem. Administrative issues with billing and not properly tracking payments made. This was quickly solved when brought to their attention. That is the only reason I rated a 4 versus a 5. My parents love their new door.
