I ordered my 3 feature windows from this company. It was very obvious to me that these European made windows were superior, from the metal enforced frames to the 1 5/8” sealed unit thickness. The pricing was also very good. I met Alex at the Reno Show and he was very knowledgeable. Yesterday was install day. Yevhemii and Renat were meticulous with the install. The outside trim work was better than I even imagined it to look. These installers are skilled Craftsmen of European workmanship standards. I am now having my whole homes windows quoted.With these windows I went from double pane to triple pane and I can already feel a difference walking into the room. The way they insulated around the windows was like comparing apples to oranges how the installers of the old windows did it. I am very impressed!
From the measurements being taken to the installation of the windows, we had a fantastic experience with Permanent Window Solutions. Alex, who took the measurements, was very thorough, personable, and explained everything very well in the showroom. The installers, Temur and Ivan, did an incredible job. They were efficient, meticulous, protected our new hardwood floors, and thoroughly cleaned up after each day of installation. Both the windows and installation were high quality. The only issue was the estimated timeline. It took longer than expected to receive the windows. It wasn’t their fault, but it would have been nice to hear updates on the status once in a while. Overall, it was a great experience! I would definitely recommend Permanent Window Solutions for the amazing workmanship and the high quality of their windows.
This is an amazing company. The windows and doors are bar-none the best in the industry. The installers where quick, polite, and made every effort to be clean and efficient. In short, extremely professional. Did my entire house in less than 3 days. I've gone from living in a house that felt it needs to be demolished to one that is warm and has potential to be a home. I've included a before and after photo that doesn't seem to do it justice on the dramatic change.
Highly Satisfied ....So I was shopping for a custom door/window to fit my needs. Did all the necessary legwork visiting various outlets. Several of which I did visit & speak with just didn't seem to have the right product or vibe.On a whim, stopped into PWS. Upon entering the greeting & warmth got my attention. Genuine family oriented business that instantly went to work to suit my needs. Right from the receptionist to the installers gathered round to understand & care for what was exactly needed. At this stage I had already had my mind made up, this is the correct place to be. Interacted with basically the whole staff & shared some good moments all in all.
