Alex came out to replace a couple windows that lost their seal. He is very polite, professional, and prompt! We asked if someone could come a bit earlier than designated time and he was an hour early. It was great. Would have him back at any time to install/ replace windows. Alex seems like an overall great person!I would like also to give a hats off to all the staff! We have had all our upstairs windows, downstairs windows and front entrance replaced! Everyone was courteous, professional, prompt!. They all did an awesome job! I was especially excited to see finished product of front entry way! It was such a beautiful change

Friendly and very professional, answered all my questions clearly. There were no hidden surprises. I was referred by a neighbor after seeing the excellent quality of workmanship in the manufacturing of the window and the installation. The old double pane window was long due for replacement and I had a triple pane window installed with full vinyl package and with flat PVC casing. Such a beautiful clean appearance and style.
