I want to be clear the five stars are for Michael M. and our sales person, Niahl (the receptionist was a sweetheart as well).Part A My sales person rendered exceptional service and gave a great presentation and made ou personal experience/the pre-process amazing.Part B My installation was WAS NOT a five star experience. My products are beautiful.However, my installers didn’t seem to take the same amount of care into my install as my sales person took in the pre- process.-the work area wasn’t blocked off/while work-debris was left inside and outside around the work area.- one of the items I purchased had a gap left-allowing for air to pass through.Part C Michael M. came to correct the installation error. Arrive with professionalism and pleasantness. I showed him my areas of concern. He identify and explained in detail what needed to be done. Promptly executed the job cleaned up. Not only did he clean the debris from his work, but also the debris that was left outside from just a week ago. Problem was fixed. Cleaned up!We are pleased!
I worked with Niahl and Rajaa and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had working with any company! They took care of our windows as well as adding siding to the outside of my house and it was so well done! Would recommend to everyone and anyone, and I already have people in my family using them because they did such a good job!
We recently had Window World install two large windows and a doorway, and overall they did a great job. We worked with two different installation teams, and both were kind, respectful, and professional throughout the process.We did experience a small issue with the installation, but Raja was quick to respond and scheduled a team to come out right away to fix it. Ken and Rick arrived promptly and did an excellent job resolving the problem.We’re very pleased with both the quality of the work and the customer service we received. We’ll definitely be using Window World again for future projects!
The install team consisted of 2 gentlemen Jerome and Rodney. They arrived on time they were professional and curtious and worked extremely well together to get the job done. I love my new sliding doorwall and replacement windows. Thank you!
We went with a black window...other companies said they could not make this color window... that was a plus right from the start. The sales process was good. The wait was not bad compared to another company, 10wks vs. 4-6 months. My only complaint was the communication between the office and installers. We wanted a squared trim on the inside. The installers were not told this information, and all they had was quarter round. They flipped the QR to give it a squared off look, but it looked messy and not very square. They did the best they could with what they had. We called the main office and expressed our concerns. We had the windows installed on a Saturday, and they replaced the trim the following week. That was impressive. Overall, I would rate the experience as a positive one, and the windows look great.
