Mike Brown in Sales and Brian Laboe and his team of installers were all professional. The sales and follow up by Mike in answering all questions I had prior to installation was great. The installation team headed by Brian was considerate in securing that dust and debris were cleared and cleaned. Covered flooring and furniture- more than expected. The team took care and pride in the installation of our new windows. Brian demonstrated to how they operate and care if the new windows. Aesthetically, they not only look great but are seamless in how they look with our existing Anderson windows.
Issa was the lead on this project. Dennis, Abe, and Imad were all very professional and courteous. They explained all details of the work and product. Precautions were taken ensuring minimal debris and dirt was generated. After the install, a thorough walk through and operational demonstration was accomplished. I am very pleased I chose Renewal by Anderson. I look forward to the next project and I will use Renewal by Anderson again.
Our install couldn’t have gone better! Very nice and professional crew. They spent an hour prepping to make sure everything in the area was covered before starting the work. That was very appreciated! Had 6 large windows replaced in freezing temperatures. I felt terrible for the crew but they knocked it out with no complaints! Highly recommend.
Gabe and his crew were super quick, which we really appreciated on this bitterly cold January day. The house is still warming up, but it is so much less drafty than it used to be! The windows look great, and the guys cleaned up after themselves super well. All around very happy with our experience with this company.
Wonderful experience with the crew and they were customer focused. Our crew leads were Santiago and Bert. Both friendly and informative. We had all our windows and sliding glass doors replaced in winter. We were kept informed of the process and what was being done. If they saw something of concern or something that needed to change they addressed it with us immediately. They were courteous in protecting our furniture, walls, floors and outdoor areas. They cleaned up and vacuumed. The job was done on time and with quality.
