Justin C, Joey, Ryan, and Rob came to my house on Friday 2/27 to install all new windows upstairs and a new doorwall. They arrived a lot earlier than I anticipated (around 7:45am EST) and were a well oiled machine! They were here until about 3:15 and they did a great job of cleaning everything up. You couldn’t even tell they had done some major work. They even went above and beyond and re-installed my blinds for me because that wasn’t originally on the invoice, but I had no way to do it at the time. Valuable assets to the team and I would recommend them any day of the week!
The process of working with Pure Energy windows were great. The sales representative is knowledgeable and measured and draft up contract and provided all business related info for us to get our HOA to approve. Then a representative came and do a final measurement before the windows are ordered. When windows are ready, the installation crew arrive promptly and worked professionally and install our windows (11 windows removed and install on the same day!). The crew took their time to explain how the new window functions . They also did a great job cleaning debris and haul away old windows. Highly recommended window professionals. The installation crew were Justin C., Joey, Rob and Ryan. They did a great job.
Very positive start with our salesman, Jeremy. He was friendly knowledgeable and was able to make good recommendations to us. Our Installation crew with Ray as the leader was just amazing! Kudos to his team Joey, Devon, Adam, James, Mark, and Rob! They worked like a well oiled machine, putting in our windows and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards! The office staff we worked with in setting up installation was also wonderful! Credit to Danielle and Erin in this area! I would highly recommend Pure Energy and the people that we worked with! Pure Energy is spectacular all around. The office staff (Amy and all the rest) went above and beyond to be helpful, securing financing for us at a great rate to make it very affordable.The installation crew were above top notch (Ray, Joey, Devin, Adam , Mare, Rob and James). They ALL went out of their way to be helpful. For example manifesting wonderful wood moldings to go in the garage cause they thought my “make do” 2x4’s were tacky (they were). The level of care they gave to the cleanup was unheard of. We did not even have to pull out the vacuum to clean up after them!And the windows -OMG. Never saw glass this clear. Sometimes u think they forgot glass altogether! LOL. Easy to use and very exciting to clean the outside of the window standing comfortably inside (double hung masterpieces).These folks and products are so much better than anyone else out there.
