One of the worst door installs & they do not communicate with the customer. The back door was ordered wrong & took forever to get the correct door here. It hasn’t been installed for a week & the door overlaps the frame when closing & rubs the frame when opening. I had to remove the trim & install correctly, I had to shim under the aluminum sill plate that comes on the door frame & build & install my own trim for the lower sill to cover the original sill plate.
Jeff Neal came to our home for our initial interaction with Home View. He went over everything with us, gave us pros and cons of everything we looked at and answered all our questions with absolutely no pressure.We moved forward with Home View to do a complete exterior upgrade of our home. Home View installed siding, stone, windows, patio door, and gutters. Jeff was awesome, assisting with the colors I wanted and giving his professional advice when I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted to do.Chaz assisted with stone details when I decided to add stone before they started our construction. He came out when they were ready to start the stone to ensure everything we wanted was understood and that he and our construction crew were on the same page as we were. He provided his professional opinion on the height of the stone especially where the levels of our home were different and explained many things to us as installation was being done and questions would arise.Home View made sure the crew completing all the work on our home were the best for everything we were having completed; especially our stone, to ensure everything was done correctly and looked the very best possible. Our crew was fantastic! They spoke with us many times when there was more than one way to do an installation to ensure everything was done exactly as we wanted. They were very friendly, kind, and extremely hard workers. There were many days they were working in freezing and near freezing conditions, 10+ inches of snow that hit one weekend, and the mud that followed when the temperatures melted that snow while they were doing our construction.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Jeff and Chaz, Allysa with scheduling, and Jose and Sergio,our construction crew. We are very pleased with the amazing transformation of our home. It looks like a brand new build, not just a facelift!Thank you Home View for making our forever home everything we could have dreamed of and more!!

From getting the initial quote, to making sure all the measurements were perfect, to getting the door on time, everything went smoothly.Gary installed our door and refreshed our pillars in just over a day. He worked through heat one day and pouring rain the next, and still managed to do an excellent job. We are appreciative of his hard work and attention to detail.
The 2 different crews that were sent to install the roof & siding did an incredible job. They were all professional & courteous in their interactions. They helped reinstall my new light fixtures, doorbell & nailed our address number for us, when they completed the siding. All professionally done. The crew that did the white gutters installed it fast & looks professionally well done. Our original wooden house was build in 1986 & needed a whole make over. The backyard woodpeckers poked holes & it was an eye sore. I would totally recommend HomeView Exteriors & know that you will love the new look of your house.
