Been waiting MONTHS to get windows. No idea where my money has went. Been promised these windows since September. Every time the day comes to install it gets pushed back. The original sales person disappeared and stopped updating us on the status. Called several locations to track the sales man down just to hear more excuses and delays! Do not waste your time here!!!
We recently had the last of our windows installed in our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. A total of 15 windows. Jim Ross did a fantastic job from start to finish. He was professional, and efficient, and takes pride in his work. The windows look great, function perfectly, and were installed with care. 2 minutes agoNEWWe had a window installed above our sink, as the builder of our home did not put one there at all. We ran into a few obstacles, due to the builder putting pipes and cables where the window was going. Jim and his other guy worked hard to make sure we were still able to get our window in. I’m super happy with how it turned out. The window itself is also very nice. You can tell it’s good quality. I will definitely use them again in the future.
