I had a picture window that needed to be replaced. Everybody at Zen Windows, from the owners to the crew were wonderful. I was kept informed through every step of the process. Outstanding customer service. They also patched up areas under the window that were unsightly. My window is high quality and beautiful. Also to be noted, I wasn't pressured for any additional windows. I knew what I wanted and they helped me acheive that. The crew who installed the window were polite and positive. The sales rep helped me with measurements and explaining all the details and options. I truly felt I was valued as a customer even though it was only one window. I highly recommend this company.
This was overall a great service. Company was very attentive to our needs and followed up with us throughout the process. Some of the downsides- it took 3 months for our windows to be ready to install and we were not expecting that. Also the installation crew was very courteous but felt very rushed in their work and missed several small details. These were easily fixed thankfully. Overall I would still highly recommend their services and the price was unbeatable.
We did the front of the house 6+ years ago with Zen Windows and finally got the back done. The install crew is awesome and you can tell they work a lot together as they are a well-oiled machine. After an annoying and overpriced in person pitch from Renewal by Anderson we found Zen Windows! Zen windows are high quality and the best part of it was how easy they were to work with. We are doing a phased replacement of all of our windows in our house. First phase was french doors to replace our sliding patio door and our basement window well windows. This year we did all of the windows on our main level and will do our upstairs windows next year. You don't have to go thru a sales pitch appt. I emailed them the measurements and they sent me a quote. They don't come out and do official measurement until you accept the quote. I loved this process. The sales and project managers were all great to work with. Easy payment options and discounts. The install crew were friendly and fast workers. It truly was a Zen experience.
