We recently had Five Seasons replace three exterior doors on our home. As with past work we’ve done with Five Seasons, communication and coordination in advance of the installation was superb. We were very happy to have Miles and his crew again - The installation team was exceedingly professional and polite, and the quality of the work was excellent. The installation looks fantastic, and the team was meticulous in cleaning up.

We hired Five Seasons last year to replace most of our windows for our home. Some of our windows were fairly large, and we also had two sliding glass doors replaced. So, this was a big project and we were very nervous as it was our first time doing this.

From the start, we were impressed by the sales process. They went over our preferences and needs multiple times, made many iterations, and finally, we settled on the windows to replace, the style, the amount of sun filtering, etc. We chose Marvin windows as the window manufacturer, and Five Seasons then handled the installation.

Now that it’s been a year, we can say that Five Seasons supports their work really well. We had some problems with the hardware side of some of our Marvin windows and doors. It wasn’t anything major, but things that should have been working properly.

Dillon and Mikaela provided exceptional support and actually rebuilt our sliding glass door locks for us, and since they did their work, the door locks have been working perfectly.

The window installers, under Mike, did a great job installing windows that were large and in difficult locations. We have now had a year to see how they have held up to wind, rain, and cold weather and they are doing great.

We are glad we went with Five Seasons. They were reasonably priced, installed the windows when scheduled, and have been providing excellent support.

Five Seasons recently installed replacement windows in our 63 year old house. Beginning with Hunter, assisting with the selection of windows that met our needs, to Juan’s crew who are marvels at installing. Older houses present challenges that didn’t phase this company. The results are wonderful. This old home is snug, warm and filled with light.

I had Five Seasons Windows and Doors replace all of my windows and sliding glass door in July of 2024. From the initial meeting with the sales associate, Hunter, to the measuring process with Rick, the interactions with the entire office staff, the installation process and finally a couple of minor warranty follow up issues with Dylan, I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience I've had with the Five Seasons team.

Spending nearly my entire working life in the construction industry, 31of which as a Building Inspector I had the opportunity to speak with many homeowners about their replacement window projects getting both the pros and cons of many different companies as well as being able to observe first-hand the quality of the installation.

The window replacement business is an enormous industry. I can say without reservation that all window installations are not the same with some companies trying to appeal to homeowners by offering a speedy one- or two-day installation while others will take longer with a higher quality installation process, Five Seasons falling into the latter category. From the way they measure for a replacement window or door, which there is more than one way to do that, to the flashing detail prior to installation, foaming the gaps between the new window and rough opening, to the use of high quality caulking material, along with the measures they take to protect floors and furniture during the installation and finally to cleanup, Five Seasons takes every precaution imaginable to ensure a trouble-free installation.

When I started my research, which was extensive, into which company to go with on my project I wanted to go with a local company as opposed to a national company. I heard firsthand on the numerous problems associated with national companies when it came to warranty issues. I got three quotes from local companies. One of the deciding factors, along with several others, that ultimately led me to choose Five Seasons was an email exchange I had with the owner of a highly regarded out of state window replacement company. He was well aware of the Denver market. Although his opinion was unbiased, he had high praise for Five Seasons.

From the beginning to the end of my project, and beyond, the quality of service and quick response to any questions or issues I have had, my experience with Five Seasons has been nothing short of professional and outstanding.
