I had a full house replacement of all windows, in two batches. Ryan was phenomenal, walking me through the entire process and very detailed. Pricing was very reasonable. Communication was great, and the installation team showed up on time, every time, worked quickly and cleanly. The windows are very good quality, I noticed an immediate improvement in insulation factor and noise level inside. There were a couple of minor issues with the windows, and Ryan ensured that all were taken care of quickly, going above and beyond to make sure our installation was flawless, and giving me peace of mind that any future warranty issues will be handled. Wow Windows just completed a replacement of all the windows in my house. I found their service to be exceptional. Everyone I encountered was professional and went above and beyond. One of the installers even fixed a door at my house that was sticking as a nice gesture. I found Ryan to be honest and easy to communicate with. So many window companies hide the ball by not providing detailed quotes, but Wow Windows showed me the costs of each window and specifics regarding the upgrades. Ryan clearly explained how he priced the windows, and it felt fair. His crew are full time employees (not contractors) and it shows in the level of customer service. We discussed design and options to replace the glass in an existing custom arched frame over the front door. The glass turned out perfect and the installation went quickly.
