They were amazing! Very well priced and great windows! Jesse was amazing! He communicated great cleaned up after installing the windows and sliding door. So glad I shopped around and found them! They were not pushy at all to get all new windows they listened to which ones I wanted replaced. I will be using them again and would recommend them to everyone! Especially Jesse he was great so respectful and so helpful! If you want great windows and nice people this is the place to go!
John and Donna were great! Very professional, polite, and accommodating. John came out for the estimate and was very fair and reasonable for an architectural window that had cracked and needed to be replaced. The installer and his son (I do not remember their names) were quick, friendly and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. The work was completed and looks good. Was a pleasure to have worked with them and will most likely use them again if I need any other windows replaced.
Overall great experience using the Window Source. Price for the windows we replaced was reasonable and not crazy expensive like a lot of the big name brands (although the windows are cheaper, they do not seem cheap, they are very very nice!)Both Donna and John the owners are very upfront and honest people, which we LOVED. John himself came and quoted our windows. It’s not often that the actual owner comes out and talks to you about your specific job+house. I talked to Donna on the phone several times about the windows, and she answered all the questions I had, and again was very upfront and honest with me which we LOVED. Overall, we felt very comfortable using their company after talking to them.Installers did a great job and installation went smoothly with no issuesWill definitely be using them again to finish the rest of the windows on our house!
